Unity Recruitment has established a leading position in the parking and civil enforcement sector and a strong reputation for quality candidates and quality service. We specialise in supplying experienced permanent and temporary parking staff, for back office, on- and off-street enforcement to councils and private parking companies across the UK.

We are currently very keen to hear from:
- Experienced Car Park Attendants/Officers – we have vacancies across London for candidates who have experience in patrolling off street car parks, issuing tickets to cars that have not clearly displayed parking tickets or have overstayed their parking, candidates who understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service, having a ‘hands-on’ approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Experienced Civil Enforcement Officers (AKA: Parking Attendants or Traffic Wardens) – you will have experience in enforcing the Traffic Management Act (2004) and have a good knowledge of parking contraventions. We are looking for candidates who are ready to take their career in civil enforcement to the next level. We will give you the opportunity to work for different clients both public and private. This will enable you to develop your existing skills and experience.
- Experienced Parking Appeals Officers – you will have strong knowledge of parking legislation and guidance relating to PCN appeals, experience using business administrative systems (i.e. Civica, ICPS, Si-dem, etc). You will feel confident dealing with difficult customers and have strong complaint handling techniques.
- Experienced Parking Notice Processing Officers – you will have experience in processing PCNs efficiently and accurately, experience using business administrative systems (i.e. Civica, ICPS, Si-dem, etc), understand the importance of providing a responsive service.
- Experienced Parking Managers/ Consultants/ Team Leaders/ Supervisors – our clients are always looking for experienced managers. Even if we don’t have the perfect role for you – we will speak to clients, network on your behalf to promote your skills, expertise and expectations.

URGENT Procurement Manager – London – £280 – £300/day
Oversee and lead the development and management of the contract and relationship management framework for all Parking Service contracts, providing professional and procurement advice and guidance to all stakeholders and Council Members. Take responsibility for motivating and leading Officers to ensure the strategic objectives and service deliverables are met. Financial Accountability/Influence: the candidate will be overall responsible for planning revenue and Capital budgets in relation to the contracts. Responsibility for a total contract value of over £40m.
Criteria:
• Detailed knowledge of procurement legislation, supplier and contract management.
• Knowledge and experience in the development and application of performance management techniques, including the establishment and implementation of performance indicators, benchmarking and interpretation of relevant data
• Good knowledge and understanding of equality and inclusions principles and regulations relating to public sector procurement
• Extensive (minimum 4 years; preferred 5 years) SRM experience and expertise, having operated at a strategic level, with a strong track record of success in delivering financial savings and service level targets
• Demonstrable communication/facilitation / project management / implementation skills and experience in an antagonistic environment
