Our Client is a 24 hour call centre that helps with any IT and web related inquiries. The main purpose of the job is to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

You must be flexible as you will be working shifts.

Pay: £6.81-£8.50

Location: Leavesden, Watford

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Produce call reports

Education and Experience

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
Six months or more experience in a call centre environment
Customer service experience
Good data entry/keyboard skills

Civil Enforcement Officers needed

Civil Enforcement Officer / Parking Attendant / Traffic Warden

Previous experience is essential as a Civil Enforcement Officer. (Please reply only if have previous experience in this role as we wont be able to help if you do not)

You must have good working knowledge and have undergone training on the Road Traffic Act 1991. It would also be desirable if you have had training on the new Traffic management Act.

Call Centre Operative

Call Centre Operators Required!

Our client, a 24 hour outsourced call centre, is looking for flexible full and part time staff to join their team in Watford.

You will be required to work on a variety of exciting inbound projects.
The role involves:

* Answering calls promptly and professionally
* Following scripts, handling calls as instructed
* Providing a high level of customer service
* Accurately obtaining callers’ details

You must have an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills (both written and oral) and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. An attention to detail is essential.

Day and night shifts available, 7 days a week. Pay from £6.81ph

Parking Appeals Officer vacancies

Parking Appeals Officer required to deal with appeals relating to Penalty Charge Notices (parking tickets). They will also deal with customer queries and complaints with regards to the issue of Penalty Charge Notices.

Essential Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
• Must have a working knowledge and understanding of parking legislation, codes of practice, and policies and the ability to use this knowledge effectively. – in particular Road Traffic Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act 2004.
• Previous experience of working in the area of processing Penalty Charge Notices is essential
• Experience of prioritising new presentations as well as working on back log cases
• Experience of working within Parking Services is essential
• Ability to collate evidence and prepare submissions for hearings at PATAS and Court
• Experience of using ICPS
• Experience of working in an office based customer led environment.
• Ability to respond to written enquiries and complaints, including preparing responses to MPs, Members and external bodies
• Understanding of IT systems associated with a Parking Administration team, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure
• Willing to develop and acquire new skills and knowledge and to be responsible for own personal development
• Experience of representing clients at Appeal Hearings and PATAS meetings.
• Proven ability to resolve difficult and confrontational situations involving public dissatisfaction with an aspect of parking policies or practices.
• Experience of Consulting with other departments, Local Authorities, Police, DVLA and PATAS
• Ability to research and collate information, for use in management reports.
• Ability to develop and present training packages in order to develop colleagues
• Understanding of equal opportunities policy and an appreciation of equal opportunities in the workplace, including the effect upon the delivery of services to members of the public
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be concise, clear and fair when explaining often complex and contentious issues.
• Must be willing to work outside normal offices hours in the interest of service provision.
