Our Client is a 24 hour call centre that helps with any IT and web related inquiries. The main purpose of the job is to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
You must be flexible as you will be working shifts.
Pay: £6.81-£8.50
Location: Leavesden, Watford
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Produce call reportsEducation and Experience
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
Six months or more experience in a call centre environment
Customer service experience

Civil Enforcement Officers needed
***YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PARKING EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST YEAR***
Civil Enforcement Officer / Parking Attendant / Traffic Warden
Previous experience is essential as a Civil Enforcement Officer. (Please reply only if have previous experience in this role as we wont be able to help if you do not)
You must have good working knowledge and have undergone training on the Road Traffic Act 1991. It would also be desirable if you have had training on the new Traffic management Act.
Duties will be as follows:
Issuing PCN’s to illegally parked vehicles
Advising members of public on parking related issues
Giving directions of the borough
Enforcing parking regulations and restrictions
