- Description
- Responsibilities will include - looking after the office and admin function, speaking to suppliers and customers, liaising with the factory, stock control, accounts and data input, processing orders and arranging logistics, learning about quality control for our products, writing quality feedback reports to suppliers, learning about manufacturing and best practice - helping and supporting the office manager, factory manager and directors.
-Previous experience with some / all / one of the below
*Working in administration.
*Stock management.
*Accounts packages (Sage).
*Data entry and data management.
*Food industry.
*Quality control
*Manufacturing
Personal skills to include the below:
-Can communicate in English and / or Gujarati / Hindi.
-Numerical
-Excellent literacy.
-Good communication - phone, email etc
-Quick learner
-Able to work to tight deadlines and pressure
-Team player
-Pleasant and friendly manner.
-IT literate - word / excel etc
-Interested in food! - Eating, tasting, manufacture, sourcing, feedback
