- Are you a university graduate keen to get your foot in the door in recruitment? Unity Recruitment are seeking university graduates that are keen to develop both their sales and business development skills to become a Recruitment Consultant.
Based in luxury and purpose-built offices above Watford Junction Station, Unity Recruitment have been established for over 10 years. Our growing market presence is due to the commitment and dedication of our staff, focused on building strong client relationships in order to understand their business and staffing needs. Equally, we pride ourselves on the support that we provide to candidates by understanding their future preferences and motivations to ensure that we match this to what potential employers are offering.
This is a 360 Graduate Consultant role, allowing you to work on permanent, temporary and contract vacancies. The role will involve:
*Cold calling prospective clients as well as following up on warm leads
*Business development by phone and in person
*Client relationship management
*Negotiations
*Searching for, screening and shortlisting candidates and supporting them through the interview and job offer process.
In order to help you achieve the success that you aim for, you will receive the support from a management team who have developed their own careers in recruitment from scratch, with plenty of knowledge and experience to pass on.
Such support includes:
*Full induction into Unity's public and private sectors
*Step-by-step training, supporting you with the various aspects of recruitment including sales objection handling and client/candidate management
*Open door policy to provide continuous support, enhancing your strengths and working with you to improve on areas based on your requirements
*The freedom of managing your desk but with the support when required
*Encouragement to develop and progress your career into more senior positions
