- Overall purpose of the Position
The position is responsible for successfully managing the client relationship between the companies. The prime objectives of the position are to provide both the customers and the client with the highest level of service by the appropriate management of staff, facilities and equipment, while maximising revenue and maintaining reporting requirements for the client.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
Manage all customer service enquires, complaints, incident reports and claims in an efficient and timely manner.
Commercial / Property Operations
Demonstrate leadership and direction by setting clear goals and expectations and by revising local operating procedures and then monitoring performance.
Maintain strict adherence to corporate objectives in the quality standards for car park presentation
Prepare and recommend quarterly plans for cost reduction initiatives
Monitor adherence to all financial transaction policies and procedures
Respond to, implement and monitor recommendations made by any internal audit recommendation
Prepare and submit concise and reliable monthly management reports in relation to revenue, expenses and staffing, highlighting the following: -
Opportunities to improve the performance of targeted car parks, including cost saving activities and revenue generating activities
Risk management, including H&S
Audit controls / compliance
