- Unity Recruitment are seeking an experienced customer service advisor to work for a leading supplier of vehicle repair and refinish products.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch
Job description
This exciting role is for a Customer Service Advisor/Business Support Executive who will provide an outstanding level of customer service to our internal and external customers, and act as a first line support to our own internal branch network. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will need to hit the ground running. They will have access to an impressive product range and will be supported by a company that understands what good service means.
They will be answering customers calls in a professional manner whilst processing customer orders and managing delivery expectations liaising with the branch and the business support team. They will also be expected to generate leads for the business, whilst regenerating existing customers. They will also be responsible for up-selling to maximise order values and push product promotions working towards the business and individual sales targets. They will be providing pricing and delivery information.
What we are looking for from you:
*Experience of working within business support/customer service/sales environment.
*A good understanding of the Automotive Refinish Industry (preferred)
*A strong understanding of Social Media and App technology
