- Description
- The key purpose of the role is to work with the Implementation Team in delivering customer focused results in terms of projects and service delivered. Working closely with all departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgets and in full. The role will include management and planning of projects day to day, project plan creation, budget management, risk management and client/stakeholder management.
* We are specifically looking for people who have a background within the parking industry, specifically within ANPR *
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to Head of Implementation as required.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Account management of key clients during contract implementation.
- Managing client expectations.
- Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to assist new clients, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are identified and follow-up activities are completed.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Work with the Implementation Team members sharing information and knowledge.
- Continually focusing on maintaining the company's position and reputation as a market leading provider with exceptional customer service.
- Input on improvement within the team and assist other departments in identifying potential improvements.
Essential Skills:
- Good organisational skills,
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle several projects/tasks at once.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new IT systems and packages quickly.
- Excellent client-facing/internal communication skills.
- Good at building relationships.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
