Description: A high end Japanese takeaway is opening up in Hampstead, having already been successful in Dublin. Our client are looking for someone to work the front of house, taking orders over the phone and providing excellent customer service.

This position will suit someone who is currently attending university and looking to earn some extra money alongside this.

The role will require you to work 5 days over 7 on rotating shifts.

You will work 7 hour shifts in between these times:
Monday-Friday: 4pm-11pm
Sat+Sun: 12:00-11:00pm

Receptionist

These are a list of responsibilities but not limited too:
*Answering calls/taking orders
*Dealing with delivery drivers efficiently
*Replying to queries, feedback or complaints
*Dealing with cash
*Knowledge of the menu
*Ability to advise/recommend dishes to customers
*Upkeep and cleaning the FOH area
*Basic computer knowledge
*Fluent English
*Working under your own initiative
*Operate calmly under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, professional attitude

Before starting to work on the front desk all receptionists will have a minimum of 3 days training in the kitchen to learn the menu, see and taste all of our dishes. When training in the kitchen is completed a further 3 days training is provided on the front desk to ensure competence when dealing with the customer and use of the POS system.

There is a training manual in the store with all questions on the POS system.
