- Unity Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Performance Executive.
The position is available for an immediate start and is a permanent full time position.
You will working for a company who shape and implement prize promotions for major brands such as Cadbury, Kellog's, American Express & Pepsi. Your role will be to monitor client expectation performance against internal standards and client expectations to prevent mistakes/problems and enhance client satisfaction, use internal and external data touchpoints to understand and improve project performance and set up methods for reviewing promotion performance.
Some essential skills you will need to succeed in this role are:
-Degree educated in business management or a data science related subject such as computer science or statistics.
-Confident in providing both positive and negative feedback.
-Self-motivated.
-Commercial awareness.
-Strong with using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
Desirable skills would be knowledge of prize promotions and marketing techniques.
This role will be ideal for someone who has a strong interest in data and also a strong focus on detail, quality and creative detail.
The working hours are Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30) and the salary is between £21,000 and £25,000 plus a company performance related bonus.
