- Description
- Payroll Administrator Required - Office based in Croxley, Hertfordshire.
Key Skills and experience
-General Umbrella Payroll and compliance related administrative tasks
-Running payrolls - outsourced & umbrella weekly/bi weekly/4 weekly/monthly
-RTI reporting
-P35/P11d
-Payroll reconciliations
-Including chasing ID, P45, employment contracts
-Taking payroll queries
-Umbrella payroll explanations & illustrations
-Invoice generation
-Administration - expense processing, expense checking, portal guidance, ID checks,
-The individual needs to understand how a PSC and umbrella company works and general payroll tasks.
Attributes

-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong systems skills
-Able to handle high call volumes
-Good telephone manner
Advantage
-Experience of the umbrella sector, Personal Service Company, CIS; or
-Recruitment company background
Hours - Monday to Thursday - 8.30 to 5.30
Friday 8.30 - 4.30
Paying £18-£25k depending on experience. 22 days + bank holiday's
