- SUPERVISOR VACANCY
For a busy shopping centre secure car park in shepherd's Bush, London.
This is a full time permanent position as a Car Park Supervisor, which includes 4 days on and 4 days off this shift pattern will also include night shifts. These are 12 hour shifts: £11.96 per hour.
SELECTION CRITERIA
*Ability to support the Duty Manager in making decisions and cover the DM role when required.
*Supervisory duties for a team of 6 CSAs.
*Excellent Microsoft Office & Excel Skills
*Ensure the car park operates effectively & efficiently
*Be pro-active and have a 'can-do' attitude
*The ability to communicate clearly and confidently to all levels of staff and management
and Client
*Demonstrate a polite, friendly, professional approach
*Ability to support & coach fellow staff team in policies & procedures
*Cash collections, reconciliation, accurate data input.
*Sending daily summaries to clients and senior management.
*Daily reports and detailed handovers
*Other duties will be included
