Experience working within the payroll industry is a huge advantage however not a necessity.
Knowledge of Accounting & Taxation, VAT, Understanding of CKA products and pricing and Personal Tax is a huge advantage.
The ideal candidate will be educated to at least A-Level standard.
Main Duties
1. Helping to build strong relationships with recruitment agencies by keeping in constant contact with the accounts
2.Generate new referring accounts by cold calling
3. Ongoing work and development of existing referring accounts
4. Maintain the CRM database with regards to referring accounts' information
5. Support Business Development Manager within account team as per instructions given on a regular basis
6. Tracking progress of all referrals and showing control of any referrals in an organised fashion
7. Responsible for providing feedback on referrals to agencies and the Sales Team
8. If required, responsible for generating new accounts via cold calling, research and/or existing data provided
