Description
My client a Local authority in London are looking for a Senior Property Lawyer to undertake work in connection with a number of regeneration initiatives within the council.

Tasks will include -

Compulsory Purchase Orders and other complex property transactions (leasehold and freehold)

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong regeneration knowledge with experience to provide supervision to junior members of the team.

Local government experience is desirable but not essential

The role is a full time 35 hour week for the day rate paid.
