- My client, one of the country's largest infrastructure support consultancies, is looking for an Estimator with Rail or Civils experience to join the team to play a key role in winning new work.
The role will be remote with occasional travel to client offices.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Preparing detailed estimates while adhering to timescales
* Liaising with other estimating and commercial staff in order to deliver high quality
submissions.
* Providing support for a thorough handover to the post-contract delivery teams.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
* Estimating experience in the Rail or Civils industry.
* 3-5 years' of relevant industry experience
* Good knowledge of estimating software (CCS Candy). Training provided if required.
* Sound understanding of sub-contracting principles.
* Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
