Description
Our client, a highly regarded rail telecoms business are current looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager / Cost Manager for UK based rail projects.

-Degree in QS or related field.
- Previous experience of the Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT)/ New Engineering Contract (NEC) forms of contract and knowledge of current construction law
-Salary range £50,000-£75,000 depending on experience.
- Office based in London, hybrid 1/2 days a week hybrid a possibility.
- Permanent role.
- Would consider candidates from rail, M&E, telecoms or fire career backgrounds.
