Job Location:Harrow Office
Job Overview:
*Completing and Running Price lists for Accounts.
*Completing and Running monthly forecasting sheets sent through from Production
*Completing Sales stats, Sales Graphs, Product stats for the Top 10 Accounts.
*Ensuring correct price lists in place for all Group Accounts
*Ensuring all orders are received in the correct manner via e mail, order form or Purchasing medium (Acquire, Procure Wizard) or call out
*Liaising with Purchasing mediums to ensure that price lists are kept up-to-date, problems resolved
*Oversee Tele sales team to ensure all orders input correctly and any follows up made.
*Ensure all clients called monthly to keep a flow of knowledge from both sides
*Come up with ideas for upselling product lines for the Tele Sales team, including end of stock specials - liaising with Production for information
*To be fully knowledgably on full client base
*Ensure all point of sales material up to date and available in the Sales office.
*Sign off - approve Computer Code request forms and send to Production
*Ensure To Do's are completed correctly with Loss figure input (on Credits) and send to Credit Control - then signed off once received back.
*'Back to Work' and Holiday requests signed off for the team
*Appraisals for team
*Knowledge of Export order input.
*Ensure that Office Procedure file kept up-to-date.
*Knowledge of all jobs undertaken within the Sales office
*Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and company procedures
Personal Specification
Qualifications *Excel Spreadsheets / Sales
Experience *Experience in working in a Sales environment and supervising
Skills and Competencies *Excel / Navision / Reports / Pricing / Meat Knowledge
