Reporting to:Office Manager

Salary:£8 - £12 per hour
Role
You will be reporting to the Sales Office Manager to enable the smooth flow of 'supply only' sales through this section whilst taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work in your care.
In your role you will receive enquiries for the company's products and services via email, telephone from a variety of customer types and sometimes having to handle difficult discussions. As such your role will require you to have excellent interpersonal and computing skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Additionally as Sales Administrator you will be required to produce quotes for the material ordered, and therefore you will require a competent understanding of Mathematics.
*Receive & process orders via phone, email or orders online
*Ensure all orders are put through the system and invoiced
*Ensure product dispatched as accurate to the measurement ordered
*Raise quotes & collect and chase payments
*Excellent phone manner, offering customers support with their orders
