Within this key role you will be involved in identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships as well as generating new business.
Based within the Middlesex branch the key duties for this role will be as follows;
*Managing client expectations both face to face, phone as well as email
*Taking of inbound calls and converting queries into actual orders
*Taking up to 40-50 calls on a busy day
*Preparation and generation of quotes
*Processing sales orders
*Updating CRM database
*Following up on sales leads
*Some cold calling during quieter periods
*Attending to showroom visitors
*Offering strong product advice
*Cross selling of products and offering alternatives
*Managing client queries
Person Specification
*A good track record in Account Management
*Confidence in cross selling
*Confident with approaching new potential clients
*Superb telephone manner
*Happy to work to targets
*Strong written skills
*A minimum of two years relevant experience
