- Purpose of the role:
The key purpose of the role is to work with the Implementation Team in delivering customer focused results in terms of surveying potential new sites and delivering customer requirements. Working closely with all departments to ensure surveys are visited and completed within KPI's. The role will include planning and surveying of sites both off-plan and in person day to day, cost/quote creation, project support, hazard / risk identification and client/stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure that all surveys are completed accurately for the best solution meeting the client's needs.
2.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, following technical feasibility at survey stage and agreement of deliverable with the client and/or sales team.
3.Assist Operations department in the trialling of new equipment, and build of the associated kit list.
4.Manage changes to the cost model using appropriate verification processes.
5.Report and escalate to Head of Implementation as required.
6.Consider Health and Safety risks when completing surveys, with a view to reviewing RAMS documents from contractors when it moves to installation.
7.Create and maintain comprehensive survey documentation.
8.Project support of clients during contract implementation.
9.Managing client expectations.
10.Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to assist new clients, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
11.Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are identified and follow-up activities are completed.
12.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as required at the survey stage.
13.Work with the Implementation Team members sharing information and knowledge.
14.Continually focusing on maintaining the company's position and reputation as a market leading provider with exceptional customer service.
15.Input on improvement within the team and assist other departments in identifying potential improvements.
16.Any other duties required by the Head of Implementation.
