- Unity Recruitment are currently seeking a contracts manager.
The job is available for an immediate start and are looking to get people in for interviewing as soon as possible.
Based in Park Royal, North West London you will be working alongside the Managing Director on various projects. You will need to have a good understanding of the contracting process and technical building requirements.
Some of the key tasks you will be dealing with on a day to day basis are:
- To oversee the successful running of the contacts department, while being commercially aware of profitability.
- Attend management meetings to support the progression of the company.
- Manage a small team dealing with HR matters.
- Produce monthly department reports.
- Hold weekly team meetings and set targets.
The working hours are Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00). You will receive 26 days annual leave + bank holidays. Also you will need to drive as occasional site visits may be required.
