- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Background in customer service
- Office experience
- A good level of problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Being organised and capable of multi-tasking.
- A logical and methodical approach to planning and record keeping.
- Excellent maths, English and IT.
- Competent to work independently and as part of a team.
- A background in construction, glass industry, fitted kitchens, bedrooms or home improvement companies will be an advantage.

Entry level
