Methodical administrator required for firm of Chartered Accountants based in Pinner.
Permanent role, hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Immediate Start.
Annual basic salary of £17,500 + bonus based on company performance.
Main purpose:
The office administrator is responsible for ensuring all administrative duties relating to Registered Office Services provided by Wisteria are completed promptly and accurately.
Other tasks include:
*Provide administrative support to Directors and other members of the team
*Reception duties, including responding to enquiries, answering the mainline; diverting or filtering calls as required and receiving deliveries
*Liaising with clients and management to ensure smooth operation of back office processes
Key points
*Reporting to Office Manger
*Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis following necessary processes
*Updating client spreadsheets daily
*Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone
*Maintaining archive records
*Processing new and lost clients
*Replenishing supplies
*Processing and banking of cheques
*Using office equipment i.e. copiers and letter folder machine
*Manual handling is required, training will be given
*Raising draft fee notes
*Organising events
*Maintaining databases
*Other administrative tasks as required
Skills required
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Good Microsoft Excel skills desirable
*Experience in an office environment and proven attention to detail are essential.

Our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Tax Advisers and Registered Auditors. They provide a wide range of services to businesses and individuals, mainly either in the London area or international businesses operating in the UK. Their business has been trading for 15 years and has approximately 20 staff. The firm is well established and has seen significant year on year growth.
