- Customer Service Assistant required for an Online Auction Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing business.
Our Client is looking for a highly motivated self starter, with a passion for detail.
To help manage the operations of their day to day business.
The primary responsibilities of the customer service Assistant will include:
Running online auctions and providing support to customers
Acting as the primary point of contact and providing support for clients.
Marketing via social media channels.
Management of inventory utilising our stock management system.
Shipping orders to clients.
Taking high quality photos and uploading them online.
What are we looking for?
A self starter, highly motivated, eager to learn and develop knowledge
Highly computer literate. Advanced excel skills are preferred.
High degree of attention to detail - this is critical for our high stakes business.
Excellent communication skills
It would be very desirable if you have Previous experience in photography, and working with professional cameras.
