We are seeking an administrator on a full-time basis with an immediate start for our client based in Pinner.
The role involves contributing to the smooth day to day running of the practice including dealing with:
*Greeting clients and reception duties
*Dealing with telephone calls, post and banking requirements
*Assisting clients with various administration and back office tasks - inbound and outbound post, cheque banking etc.
*Maintaining systems, databases and records
*Assisting with compliance relating to first aid, fire safety, health & safety and anti-money laundering
*Dealing with suppliers including utilities, repairs and other operational requirements
*Assisting the directors with ad-hoc requirements
*Providing administrative support
Due to the client facing element of the role, excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential. The role is varied so requires someone who is organised, has an eye for detail and can show initiative to solve problems and challenges. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate these skills at interview, from examples in their previous experience
A proven attention to detail is also a requirement.
At least one year's experience is required in an administration or customer facing role.
