Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £25k
Holidays: 20 days
Benefits: Company car, IPhone 6 plus, bonus opportunity of £1k per month depending on performance.

Job overview: To play an integral role helping our client to achieve its corporate sales and revenue goals by increasing revenue from existing clients and winning new clients in current and potential new markets.
Our client is a Family owned company and market leader in the supply of architectural, commercial and residential lighting. Due to their success and expansion plans for 2015, they are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their Sales team based in St Albans.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director, the successful candidate will demonstrate their desire to succeed with a 'Can Do' attitude. You will initially be based internally managing and generating leads, demonstrating products to our clients update and maintain an administration system and updating the Associate Director on daily/weekly basis. You must be flexible and adaptable in approach and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A comprehensive training package will be offered during a six month probation period with on-going training thereafter. Externally based following completion of probation period.
The ideal candidate must have:
*Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role
*a full clean United Kingdom driving license;
*a professional, reliable and flexible attitude;
*an ability to work from Radlett;
*Have GCSE grade C and above in Math and English;
*smart appearance;
*the ability to work as part of a team, as well as using own initiative;
*the ability to work to deadlines;
*good communication skills, both written and verbal;
*good computer skills;
*the ability to travel to areas of United Kingdom with expenses paid;

*Experience of selling professional services to the public sector
*3 years minimum track record in a business sales environment
*Proven success in winning business via competitive tender

Key Responsibilities:
*To manage customer inquiries
*To work to deadlines sets by both our clients and the sales team
*Update and maintain our administration systems
*Maximise sales opportunities
*To be communicative between Managers, Supervisors, customers, suppliers and other Orlight Departments
*Update Director on a daily/weekly basis providing reports when required
*To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
*Able to demonstrate our products and services to our client base
*To maintain high levels of health and safety standards
