- Airport Parking Operations Manager opportunities across the United Arab Emirates.
(**Please note airport parking environment experience is essential for this role**)
Responsibilities:
*Manage, Coach, & Develop all Supervisors in Area
*Open and close parking sites
*Ownership of Revenue, Operating Profit, Inventory and Budget's
*Equipment Procurement
*Hire front line staff, whilst being responsible for all other team members
*Direct contact with clients
*Car park Cleaning: Oversee cleaning supervisors
*Responsible for day to day administrative duties including emails, faxes and internal correspondence
*Coordinate with Area Manager's define Area priorities & guidelines
*Approving direct reports
*Coordinating Maintenance contracts with Area Commercial Manager
Required Skills:
*2 + supervisory, team leader or manager experience within Airport Parking
*Demonstrated communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint) Required
*Superior organization and time management skills
*Proven deadline focused multitasking skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Client focused interpersonal skills at all staff levels
