- Receptionist and Social Media Assistant
Our client, who has three luxury serviced offices are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist /social media assistant.
Location will be based in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Finchley and Whetstone(Mainly HGS)
Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday. 9.00am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the day to day running of a luxury business centre.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Booking meeting rooms and serving refreshments.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard handling tenant request.
- Distributing mail to tenants.
- Diary Management.
- Stock control.
Reporting: faults within the building, tenant requests and maintenance jobs to be completed.
Key Requirements:

Professional manner. Discreet.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written English.
Organised and good time management skills Efficient and proactive work ethic.
IT literate, specifically Outlook, Excel & Social Media platforms.
Exceptional phone manner.
