- Part Time Administrator Required
My client based in Elstree/Borehamwood is looking for a part time admin assistant.
They are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, enjoys being part of a team but who can also work on their own initiative to very tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail is essential throughout your work, in order to ensure accuracy in all communications.
This role consists of being part of the Customer Service team whilst attending to daily admin duties and additional admin tasks to be carried out for the Customer Service team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
*Invoicing and order inputting.
*Stock updates.
*Portals updates.
*Excel sheet updates.
*Filing and archive filing.
A general ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
Monitoring end to end deliveries and proactively report any delays or issues to CS manager.
To ensure processes are completed on time as per the department working daily routine.
This role involves working in a team and being able to carry out other tasks as and when required to do so by the CS Manager.
Previous experience in an office admin role is preferable, however, full training will be provided on our inhouse Opera system, along with instructions to navigate and update our supplier portals.
The role is offered at 22.5 hours per week, and the working hours are to be agreed.
