- Administrator Required - Watford
Our client, one of the leading wholesalers of electronic cigarettes in the UK, are looking for a Business Administrator.
Duties will include but not limited to:
*Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
*Prepare shipping documents (like invoices and purchase orders)
*Maintain and update records of orders, suppliers and returns
*Managing Stock levels
*Booking payment
*Website Administration
*Develop and further relationships with suppliers
*Learn every aspect of our system including creating new products, invoicing, credit notes and note taking.
*Identify new products or niches in the industry.
*Report to Head of operations
What you need
*2+ years of Admin experience is preferred
*Good Microsoft Excel skills are needed
*Sets and maintains workplace culture, reliable and hard working.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Well organised & has some experience in using CRM systems.
