- Description
- *Customer service - Telephone calls, letters and emails.
*Dealing with appeal queries via the public and clients, must be articulate and have an excellent customer service background.
*Daily input and sorting / banking of payments received to the department
*Daily banking required from various sites received through head office.
*Photo indexing -using bespoke system
*Scanning letters- Using bespoke system
Machine logs
*Daily logs for machines faults to be reported
*Chase up to ensure that all faults have been resolved
*Logging closed faults onto the system.
*Arranging fixed appointments between engineers and staff dependent on site requirements.
*Maintaining invoicing and any charges related to the machine logs
Reception duties
*Maintaining reception and office is in full stock of required stations
*General upkeep of orders. Misc, franking machines labels etc or anything required.
*Dealing with posts on daily basis - taking to post office
*Offering / making tea coffee when clients comes in for meetings
*Ensuring that board room is clean and presentable ready for meeting.
Phone calls
*Resolve customers queries - required to resolve issues
*Resolve client queries - required to resolve issues
*Answering calls, taking messages and general switchboard
