As the company continues to grow, we are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant who is looking to replicate the success of our current consultants, with the support of our management team to do so. The Vacancy is within our Commercial Division, covering all office vacancies from Junior Administrator to Senior Management including Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Retail among others. We are also interested in speaking with consultants who have developed their own 'niche' and want the freedom to develop this further without restriction.
This is a 360 Consultant role, allowing you to work on permanent, temporary and contract vacancies. The role will involve:
*Cold calling prospective clients as well as following up on warm leads
*Business development by phone and in person
*Client relationship management
*Searching for, screening and shortlisting candidates and supporting them through the interview and job offer process.

*Step-by-step training, supporting you with the various aspects of recruitment including sales objection handling and client/candidate management
