Description
Our client, a highly regarded rail telecoms business are current looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager / Cost Manager for UK based rail projects.

-Degree in QS or related field.
- Previous experience of the Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT)/ New Engineering Contract (NEC) forms of contract and knowledge of current construction law
-Day rate - £375-£400 negotiable depending on experience. Ongoing Contract.
- Ideally office based in London but 1/2 days a week hybrid would be considered
- Would consider candidates from rail, M&E, telecoms or fire career backgrounds.
