- Description
- Our Saudi Arabia based client with multi-sector extensive presence across the Middle East require a Construction Project Manager to oversee and project manage the construction of multistory car parks.
Looking for a dynamic and well polished individual with experience in the construction of car parks but would consider candidates who have overseen the project management of hotel construction, airports or hospitals.
You will be expected to oversee the following:
-Procurement
-Surveying
-local staff
-Subcontractors
-Handle permits
-Construction works
-Site Visits
-Progress reports
-Client update meetings etc.
-Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
Package includes, place to live, car, healthcare, 1 return flight back to home country, bonus etc.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
