- Regional Service Coordinator
An established and expanding organization has an opportunity for a Regional Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join their Service Operations team based in Elstree. This is a varied role within a friendly environment, the successfully candidate should have previous experience of scheduling engineers, contracts and SLA's.
Job Description
*To be the first point of contact for all engineers incoming queries
*To monitor daily service calls to ensure they are logged on to the system and they are allocated to relevant engineers within the agreed SLA.
*Effective planning and co-ordination of specific areas workload.
*To manage engineer's workload, ensuring they are in the correct location with correct amount of daily work.
*To priorities emergency jobs as and when necessary.
*To ensure all service queries are managed in a professional manner by applying proper telephone etiquette in order to satisfy various customer situations.
*To manage and maintain the service process and ensure that customers portals are updated and closed within a timely manner to the customer's requirements.
*To input data on completed calls onto relevant program.
*To work with the Service Support Team Leader & Service Operations Manager to ensure all priorities are achieved.
Skills Required
As a Regional Service Coordinator / Scheduler you will have:
*Excellent Customer Service skills.
*Strong understanding of contracts and SLA's.
*Strong organizational skills and planning abilities.
*Ability to build effective working relationships.
*Problem solving skills, being able to identify areas for improvement.
*Must be flexible to work additional hours if required and be able to participate in a weekend & bank holiday Duty Rota.
*Accuracy and attention to detail.
*Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Navision System.
*Strong interpersonal skills as internal and external relationships are key to the role
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
