- Our client are an exciting, young business that innovates industry leading workshop equipment and liquids. They sell and lease parts washers to other businesses in the Motorsport, Automotive, Aviation, Industrial, Print and Military sectors across Europe. The team is growing quickly, and now requires an office based lead generation and inbound sales expert, to source leads, set up field sales demonstrations, manage inbound sales and assist with direct sales marketing campaigns to help drive fresh revenue.
Reporting directly to MD. Full time 09:00 - 17:30 position.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have very strong interpersonal and Communication skills (both written and spoken) and a proven track record for hitting sales led targets and delivering against pre-set goals.
A highly self-motivated individual, capable of working as part of a team and on their own. Needs to be confident in liaising with clients of all sizes on technical based products.
Key duties:
*UK Lead Generation: To source, qualify and book equipment demonstration appointments for the field sales team with new and existing customers.
*Manage Inbound Sales: To answer all internal sales enquiries and handle all customer enquiries into the business
*Sales Led Marketing: To assist our marketing director with direct mail and sales related marketing efforts.
Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year's experience in telesales, inbound sales or lead generation role. Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential. Previous experience selling technical products within Automotive, Aviation, print or related B2B sector preferable.
Minimum of GCSE English and Maths required (C grade or above)
Educated to degree level preferred but not essential.
Package:
*Base Salary £22k to £28k experience dependent.
*Attractive commission structure with OTE of £45k+ (NOT CAPPED)
*23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
