- Our client are in the Business Travel sector, with a reputation for their efficiency and quality of service. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
-Handling client enquiries and preparing proposals, negotiating the best possible rates.
-Preparing confirmations and pro-forma invoices
-Take on any guest service requirements from clients with the support of the Operations Manager
-Have regular contact with key bookers, building up an understanding of their employee needs.
-Contact bookers and guests prior to their stay in order to make sure they have all the information that they require and if there is any further assistance to be offered.
-Book additional services such as our Chauffeur Service.
-Carry out Pre-Arrival checks in order to make sure everything is in place for the guest arrival such as Chauffeurs are booked & key codes are correct.
-Deal with any out of hours, maintenance issues or client feedback efficiently so that the guest enjoys the rest of their stay.
-Answer phone calls and assist with Online Olark Chat where required.
-Feedback any issues to the Operations Manager
-EMS and website management where necessary
-Managing Key Accounts
-Occasional work events / visiting apartments
-New supply support where necessary
-Duty Phone as and when required - approximately 1 in 4/6 weeks
Personal Qualities
-Self-Motivated
-Punctual
-Minimum of 2 years reservations (desired but not essential) /sales co-ordinator experience
-Determined & Enthusiastic
-Empathy and understands guest's problems
-Ability to multi task
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Ability to build strong working relationships over the phone
-Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Possess the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
-Pro-activity and ability to use initiative
-Quick to learn and enthusiastic
-Flexible in an ever changing environment. Willing to take on any adhoc duties that may be required.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel & Outlook
-Good knowledge of social media and LinkedIn
-Good written and verbal English
Working Hours
-Monday to Friday 0900 - 17:30.
-20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
