The Vacancy is within our Commercial and Railways Division, covering all office vacancies from Junior Administrator to Senior Management including Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Retail among others within Commercial. Our Railways division have recruited Site Managers/Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, Commissioning Engineers and electricians among others. The focus going forward would be to develop and increase business from our existing client base whilst targeting new business, particularly within Railways.
This is a 360 Consultant role, allowing you to work on permanent, temporary and contract vacancies. The role will involve:
*Cold calling prospective clients as well as following up on warm leads
*Business development by phone and in person
*Client relationship management
*Searching for, screening and shortlisting candidates and supporting them through the interview and job offer process.
