- Job spec:
*Used stock admin administration
*Preparation of handover packs for customers/clients
*Daily PDQ takings
*Petty cash reconciliation
*General administrative tasks
*Support team efforts of keeping showroom in great, clean and presentable condition
The Individual:
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
*Excellent administration skills
*Proven ability to work to deadlines
*Ability to work on their own initiative, pro-active approach
*Good communication skills both written and verbal
*Able to deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner
*Experience in retail automotive industry,
*Systems: MS Office, Kerridge
Personal Characteristics:
*Well organised
*Good Attention to detail
*Time management
*A professional manner and be a team player (work closely with sales, aftersales and Alton office based sales admin and finance team)
*Interest to learn and develop further in the role
