- Unity Recruitment are currently seeking Night Residential Support Workers to take on full-time roles within one of Lincoln's leading Residential SEN Schools.
This 'outstanding' (OSTEAD) rated establishment provides a safe a nourishing environment, complete with all mod cons, for children with autism, learning disabilities, global developmental delay and challenging behaviour.
Duties undertaken by Night RSWs here include:
*Caring for and enabling children and young people
*Providing input into Care plans, and following each plan to provide child-centered care
*Promoting a positive attitude and encouraging engagement in activities
Candidates with Care Assistant or Residential Support Worker experience and a working knowledge of Learning Disabilities/Sensory Impairment Care would be perfect for this role. Applicants with an NQV in Health & Social Care will be especially welcomed. Additional training will be provided for the right candidate, along with regular courses to ensure that the team continues to provide a world-class service.
This is a full time role working nights, paying £18,820.00 pa/ £9.40 per hour.
