- Unity Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Night Residential Support Worker to take on a full-time role within a leading Learning Disability Home in Faldingworth, near Lincoln.
An award-wining provider of care runs the home, which caters for up to 10 young adults with Learning Difficulties. The spacious and friendly home has lots of modern features, and is truly a safe and nourishing environment where each resident is able to thrive.
As a Senior Night Residential Support Worker, you will:
*Care for and enable adults with Learning Difficulties
*Oversee the safe delivery of care provided by other staff on duty
*Provide input into Care Plans, and follow each plan to provide resident-centered care
*Promote a positive attitude and encouraging engagement in activities
*Mentor and guide mentor junior members of staff
*Assist with visits and trips for residents
This is a full time role, paying £18,078.17 to £19,986.77.
Applications will need an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent to apply, along with Senior or Team Leader experience.
Further regular courses will be provided to ensure that the team continues to provide a world-class service.
