- Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Executive you will work under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager and will also provide support to field based Business Development Managers (BDMs).
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the administrative tasks associated with onboarding new clients happen as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
You will be a multi-tasker working closely with salespeople to understand the needs of each individual prospect site and translate that into specification documentation.
You will learn about what is needed from a compliance perspective and be able to advise and work with sales people on what will and won't work.
You may also need to liaise directly with client prospects to advise on documentation requirements and to understand any concerns or issues.
You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues in other departments and within your team.
You must have demonstrable work experience in a client-facing role with the aptitude and desire to learn new technical concepts and technologies.
This is first and foremost an administrative role, but it will require a deep understanding to be gained about a broad and technical subject matter and the confidence to liaise with sales people and clients alike.
It will be a fast-paced environment where the objective will be to continually improve and speed-up processes, become more efficient and to ensure that regulatory compliance is always observed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete administrative tasks in connection with site surveys, installs, signage, the setup of sites pre-go-live on the back-end system
* Ensure a high degree of accuracy and process quality control through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
* Communicate with clients and colleagues via telephone and email regarding survey, documentation requirements and installation plans
* Conduct and interpret land registry searches and examine lease/ownership documentation from clients
* Attend client meetings on site with BDMs as required
* Manage the expectations of clients; when disruptions/issues occur during the service delivery process, it is imperative to work quickly with internal department and the client to resolve the situation
* Work to deadlines and help to achieve weekly and monthly team sales targets
* Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team cooperation
* Ensure that the BDMs are kept informed of any developments relevant to the accounts you are supporting them on
* Adhoc administrative duties required by the BDMs in order to achieve a smooth and successful client experience characterised by excellent, fast and responsive customer service
