- Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the Key Account Implant Manager in the execution of their duties in support of the Head of Operations and Land South's vision of the company to become more competitive and profitable
*Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully deliver the contract.
*Complete all operational activities correctly and on time including financial, legal and customer relationships for the contract maintaining a detailed knowledge of customer SLA.
*Understand the customer needs at all times and apply best practice in resolving issues at the earliest opportunity to ensure best operational result.
*Ensure day to day operations run smoothly in line with the customer's SLA and report weekly to line manager using KAM.
*Communicate instructions and direction within the clients Network ensuring best operational customer targets are achieved at all times.
*Responsible timely reporting and operational performance within the clients Network.
*Maintain and utilise the operational system at all times
*Implement and improve new efficiencies in customer workflow in conjunction with line manager
*Ensure all reports are generated by given deadlines and handed to line manager
*Maintain excellent customer and inter-departmental relationships at all times giving regular feedback to line manager
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
*Report all accidents and near misses to line manager and Health and Safety Manager without delay
*Read and follow any risk assessments and safe systems of work
*Follow the company Health and safety and Environmental Policy
*Isolate and report all faulty equipment to the line manager without delay
*Maintain good housekeeping of work area at all times
Human Resources Responsibilities:
*Ensure compliance with the Employee Handbook
*Report Discipline and Grievance issues to the line manager immediately
*Report non-attendance and sickness absence to line manager and HR Department without delay
