Description
My client is currently seeking a Logistics & Operations Assistant to organise and maintain the efficient flow of customer shipments.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the collection of orders with Customer / Freight forwarders.
* Accurately produce all the required export documentation
* Liaise / communicate with the sales and warehouse throughout the day
* Monitor the Urgent / AOG (Aircraft on ground) orders.
* Help with other departments - sales, marketing, goods in.
* Check each individual shipment for any possible errors.
