- Care Assistants Required. - Full time.
Harrow based.
Our client is a innovative, specialist, multi-disciplinary support provider supporting those with learning disabilities, autism, behavioural, emotional and social needs and other complex support requirements. They offer a complete range of services from accommodation to community based support including day and night respite to education, work experience, employment opportunities and fully accessible transport. They are looking for care assistants who are hard working and able to care for people with challenging needs.
Responsibility's :
Assist clients with their daily living. Offers support and companionship to clients. Helps clients handle day-to-day self-care, such as toileting and hygiene. Communicate with families of clients to apprise them of the client's condition and progress. Advises clients and families on nutrition, hygiene, household activities, and other appropriate areas.
Personal Care Assistant Job Duties:
Cares for clients.
Provide support, encouragement, and companionship by engaging clients in activities, such as playing games, visiting places, taking walks, or having conversations
Handles household chores for clients, such as laundry, dishes, changing sheets, and other basic cleaning
Arranges or provides transportation to appointments, supermarket, etc.
Helps client with self-care, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, etc.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERINCE - however must have all of the above quality's and be willing to learn. Training will be given.
Must have a clean DBS.
