If it's been a long time, it may be worth completely re-writing your CV from scratch. That way, it will be most reflective of who you are now rather than who you were in the past.

Brush up on your interview technique
Been a while since you last had a job interview? Feeling a bit nervous about the prospect of getting back into the hotseat? It's probably time to have a think about your interview technique to make sure you're ready to become a fully-fledged job hunter once more. Developing a presence on LinkedIn is an easy first step and you can follow this up by attending industry events and trying to get your face known among industry circles.
